BELLA VISTA CHRISTIAN ACADEMY

Website Redesign, Branding, & Digital Experience

From outdated to updated

Bella Vista Christian Academy needed a website that better reflected the school families experience in person, welcoming, established and community-centered. I redesigned the digital experience from the ground up, reorganizing content, refreshing the visual direction and creating a clearer journey for current and prospective families.

Before

After

Building the system behind the site.

The redesign went beyond individual pages. A digital design system established a consistent visual language for how Bella Vista shows up online. From typography and color, to imagery, components and interaction.

Photography Direction

The people behind the place.

Original photography centered the redesign in the people who make Bella Vista what it is. Capturing real classrooms, chapel, and everyday moments across the school community.

From system to experience.

Bringing the brand to life through color, typography, imagery and intentional page design.

  • REFLECTION

There is something meaningful about creating for a place you already know.

This project began as a website redesign, but it became an exercise in paying attention. To the people who fill the classrooms, the relationships that shape the community, and the small details that make Bella Vista feel like Bella Vista.

The work stretched beyond pages on a screen. I built a visual system, photographed the life of the school, reorganized information, and brought those pieces together into one digital home.

It reminded me that good design is not about making something look different simply for the sake of change.

It is about seeing what is already there and finding a better way to help others see it, too.
